I choose service providers that also comply with privacy regulations (including GDPR) and I keep your Personal Information securely stored.

What type of information Priscilla Natanson Consulting LLC (hereinafter referred to as PNC) collects:

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect Personal Information you give us.

Protected Classes: gender, sexual orientation, self-assessment data and results
Other Data: credit card and account information collected when you purchase our products or services; personal, medical and health data that you share with PNC; self-assessment data and results

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY:

When you visit our Site, our web server automatically collects and stores the following information: the IP (Internet Protocol) address used to connect your computer to the internet, referring web address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

information about your visit, including the full URL (Uniform Resource Locators), clickstream to, through and from our Site (including date and time), pages on our Site you viewed; page response times, download errors, duration of page visits, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call us.

PNC uses your information:

Sharing of Personal Information gathered by PNC:

PNC does not sell your Personal Information to any third parties.

Sometimes we disclose your Personal Information to those third parties, and sometimes they collect your Personal Information in the first instance and provide it to us. Examples of these types of providers would be Square or other payment processing services, and Zoom or other online conferencing services. PNC uses service providers who are also legally compliant with GDPR practices.

Our service providers are contractually obligated to comply with all applicable laws, and all such third parties use our Personal Information only on behalf of PNC and under the instructions of PNC on how your information may be used and processed. PNC takes reasonable steps to ensure these third parties use your Personal Information only for the purposes for which they have been engaged by PNC, and that they do not share or sell your Personal Information to anyone else.

By using our Services and sharing your Personal Information, you agree that we have the right to share the categories of Personal Information we collect for the following business purposes:

Contractual performance - for the performance of any contract we enter into with you;
Sales - for the purpose of fulfilling requests from you to purchase goods and services from our Site.

We will keep your personal data for as long as we need it, or as otherwise prescribed by law, for the purposes set out above. This period will vary depending on your interactions with us.

You may unsubscribe from any of our online email updates and marketing by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email message we have sent to you.

Please note that when you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, we will keep a record of your email address to ensure we do not send you marketing emails in the future.

Our Site may include links to and from other websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties or the content of linked Sites and we always encourage you to read the applicable privacy policies and terms and conditions of such parties or websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to how PNC deals with your Personal Information, and it does not apply to any other company or any other company’s websites even if you access them via our website. Please check those websites’ policies before you submit any Personal Information to them.

Protecting children’s privacy:

Our Site is not designed nor is it intended to be used by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information online from children under 13 and have adopted techniques to ensure compliance with this Privacy Policy and (COPPA) the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.

Your Rights with regards to your Personal Information:

PNC takes your privacy very seriously. As such we comply and extend the protections of CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) for our California consumers and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for our EU consumers.

Beyond that, no matter where you live, at any time you can:

request a copy of your information;
correct any errors or supplement any information within your information;
have your Personal Information deleted, unless we have a legitimate reason to retain the Personal Information (such as if we are required to do so for legal reasons); and
to ask us not to process your Personal Information for a particular purpose, including for marketing.

All of these rights are subject to certain conditions and exemptions. For example, PNC will not be obligated to erase your Personal Information if we need to retain it to protect ourselves in the event of a legal claim. You may also opt out of receiving additional marketing information by using the unsubscribe feature in any marketing email we send you.

PNC is required to verify the identity of the individual requesting access to a consumer’s data or requesting deletion of a consumer’s data. To verify your identity, you must provide:

user ID and password for PNC’s Site; or
If PNC has previously received your mobile number, PNC may text you a verification code; or
If PNC has previously received your email address, PNC may verify that you have access to that email address by sending a verification code.

California consumers may designate an authorized agent to exercise a CCPA right on the consumer’s behalf. If a consumer utilizes an authorized agent to exercise a CCPA right, the following proof that the agent has been authorized to act on the consumer’s behalf will need to be provided:

Where we store your Personal Information:

The data that we collect from you is stored on our servers or on servers provided by GDPR compliant cloud service providers. If you are a resident of the EEA, your Personal Information may be transferred within or outside the EEA to areas where privacy laws may be less strict than in the EEA (such transfers of your Personal Information will be handled by our GDPR-compliant providers). By submitting your Personal Information, you agree to this transfer, storing, and processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site; any transmission is at your own risk.
